Great quiet location and atmosphere, but Mexican laws have made it impossible to smoke anywhere around the restaurant.
Comfortable small bar part of the Real Del Mar Hotel. This bar closes at 2:00 AM. It's usually almost empty. The restaurant is next door in case you get hungry. They have a small selection of bottles. One shot costs around US6. People don't dance. You can request songs. It could be a good thing or a bad thing because they could play weird songs.
We found the bar while exploring Real Del Mar. It has a beautiful view of the golf course. Juan Jose, our bartender, was extremely accommodating and a lot of fun to visit with. He taught us cuss words in Spanish and made us adult balloon animals. He is an expert bartender and made me my first Baja Gold. It was delicious! Thank you Juan Jose.
